Based in Melbourne, Australia, for the past 20 years, we have been solving IT problems creatively for a diverse range of customers from SMB, Mid-sized to Enterprise. Experienced in engineering, solution architecture, and consultancy to businesses at all levels, from engineers to C-suite management across our client's business. 

Having previously worked for a number of enterprise-sized and diverse customers, providing IT engineering services in retail, telecommunications, and systems integration verticals. The opportunities and experience gained were exciting, which lead them to the next opportunity.

In 2010, an IT systems integration business was co-founded, offering a range of tailored ICT services to address a gap and opportunity in the market for enterprise customers that had a niche, diverse challenges, transformation at scale while maintaining operations of IT infrastructure, with a very limited budget. These business challenges resulted in the development and creation of a unique approach to provide a wide range of Managed Services and Professional Services to support businesses.

During this time, the exposure to new customers and industry verticals increased exponentially, resulting in a rapid demand for their services both nationally and internationally. With their engineers and services provided to their customers throughout USA, Europe, and Asia. They realised there was another gap within the market that customers were in need of - Outcome-driven, simple, agnostic IT consulting that helped organisations align IT investments, consolidate and reduce expenditure, to free up budgets to invest in transformational projects to support businesses achieve their strategic objectives and obligations.

As anyone in IT can appreciate, it isn't an easy task and requires a new way of thinking and approach to challenge traditional operational models, investments, and creative transformational strategies focused on people, process and technology. This is the essence of where Delfenix was derived, with a new company established focused on assisting all types of businesses and sizes to solve problems, challenge existing models and drive change in a cost-effective, uncomplicated, creative and collaborative manner.

When the COVID pandemic hit our shores in late 2019, it forced more businesses than ever to adopt digital services in which to build their daily operations to survive. Businesses had to react to this change with very little planning and strategy around investment and adoption of IT products and services. Businesses are now realising that they now have to remediate and optimise this investment to be more aligned to support business objectives and operations.
